Head COE utility

currently hiring for a Sr. GM COE Technology to lead plant performance, sustainability, and heavy utility management for Deepak Fertilizer at their Taloja plant.

Role: Sr GM / Head COE Location: Taloja, Maharashtra Experience: 12 to 15 Years CTC: Up to 25 LPA Industry: Industrial Chemicals / Fertilizers

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Custodian of Process Technology and drive best-in-class performance for plant production and specific consumption.
• Oversee and optimize the performance of heavy utilities including Gas Turbine Generators (GTG), Auxiliary & Coal Fired Boilers, Cooling Towers, DM beds, and ETP/UFRO/ZLD systems.
• Carry out explicit Steam Power balancing across the complex to reduce the Cost of Production (COP).
• Lead the technical and commercial feasibility of major CAPEX projects and drive the roadmap for energy transition and renewable usage.
• Institute robust Process Safety Management (PSM), conduct HAZOP/RCA, and lead scale-up operations via pilot plants.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: B.E. or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Mandatory).

• Background: 12-15 years of experience in large manufacturing chemical or fertilizer industries.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with process design (Aspen Plus), basic engineering, and comprehensive utility systems management.

• Leadership: A self-driven, collaborative leader capable of managing multi-functional teams and guiding procurement/project teams.
