The candidate would be responsible for delivering superior quality partner stores in urban (Non OR/FR towns) & rural markets. Program Manager will have to ensure timely roll out of Airtel Prepaid Stores,deploymentofhighqualitymanpower&continuousengagement,facilitatedesiredhygiene& upkeep of stores and ensure store profitability.

The Program manager will also be responsible for RAEO operations in Circle –facilitate rollout, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Process & track/drive productivity of stores.

1.       Co-ordinatewithZonalteamsandcircleleadershipforrolloutofstoresinUDTownsasper defined guidelines

2.       Co-ordinatewithcirclemarketingteamfordeploymentofallbrandingelementsinthestores

3.       Facilitatehiring,training&engagementofAirtelfriends(CREs)–

o    Ensurerighthiringthroughassessmentcenterscreening&ZBMinterviews

o    Workclosely withCentreL&Dteamtodeliver100%NHIPforallAirtelFriends.Also facilitatealltrainingprograms/engagementinterventions aspertrainingcalendar

o    Trackattendancethroughpromoterapp&ensuresmoothprocessingofsalary

4.       Ensureparticipationofeverystoreinalllinesofbusiness(Prepaid,DTH,AirtelPaymentsBank)

5.       Provideregulardownloadofnewprograms/Initiativestostores

6.       Ensureperiodicstoreauditsbycentrallyappointedauditpartnerforstorehygiene&upkeep.

7.       Track&measureproductivity&profitabilityofeverystore.

1.       Co-ordinatewithZonalteams&ensureRAEOineveryfeedermarket.EveryRDDtoinvest in RAEO

3.       EveryRAEOtoparticipateinalllinesofbusiness(Prepaid,DTH,AirtelPaymentsBank)
