Our client is an exclusive, members-only club launching soon in Mumbai. Designed as a haven of curated luxury, the club will offer an immersive culinary experience unlike any other. They are seeking a Head Chef to lead the opening of this prestigious dining concept and craft a truly exceptional gastronomic journey for its members.

The Role

• Lead all kitchen operations, from menu development and sourcing to daily execution and quality control
• Curate innovative, seasonal menus that reflect refined taste and align with the clubs culinary vision
• Build, train, and inspire a high-performing brigade committed to excellence and creativity
• Work closely with senior management and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Oversee kitchen budgets, food costs, and inventory to achieve financial goals while maintaining uncompromising standards
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices are consistently met at the highest level

What They Are Looking For

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef within fine dining, luxury hotels, or private clubs
• Strong knowledge of global culinary trends, premium ingredients, and contemporary cooking techniques
• Expertise in menu engineering, cost control, and operational leadership
• A creative yet disciplined approach with exceptional attention to detail
• Dynamic leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams
