Audits of Expense Management, NMT Attendance, HDO , Fiber Index, NMT CAB Audit Chamber, Fiber Cut , Mobile Site Fiberization, ISP Audit, Online AT for OLT Integration for New Sites.
ROW Process compliance Audit & assurance of 100%.
Investigation of escalated cases
Data DE Duping- Moonlighting- Identification of gaps such as moonlighting for Off-roll & Partner manpower within 7 days of receiving the Data and taking actions
Expense Management - Validation of field expense claim towards additional Labour, Food bills, rent & JCB charge
Audit Cases : FTTH (OWN & LCO), Operations & HDO Team
Additionally, we have given 3 cases to CAG & Ombuds person for next level validation wherein deep routed cases
