Join Heritage Foods as, Lead - Capability & Workforce Planning
Role Purpose
To design and drive the organizations capability architecture and workforce planning strategy aligned to LRP growth priorities, with a strong focus on frontline stability, manager effectiveness, productivity acceleration, and data-led talent decisions. The role will serve as the custodian of capability building, workforce forecasting, performance discipline, and early-tenure employee stabilization across the enterprise.
Learning & Development Architecture (LMS)
- Build annual capability calendar aligned to business priorities.
- Design blended learning journeys (classroom, digital, field immersion).
Manager Effectiveness & Performance Culture (PMS)
- Institutionalize first-line manager capability programs.
- Own end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) lifecycle 3000+Emps
- Ensure KPI alignment with productivity and business goals.
Frontline Capability & Early Tenure Stabilization (90days Onboarding)
- 30-60-90 day Onboarding framework
- Monitor first 90-day retention and readiness metrics.
Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy (Talent Management)
- Develop annual workforce plans
- Partner with Fin., & Business Heads on manpower cost modelling & workforce optimization
- Drive succession visibility and internal mobility frameworks
Engagement & Organizational Effectiveness (Emp Engagement)
- Analyse engagement survey outputs and design targeted interventions.
- Create performance-linked recognition frameworks.
- Structured communication initiatives to reinforce capability culture
Workforce Analytics & Productivity Insights (Dashboards & Analytics)
- Develop dashboards on attrition trends, internal mobility, and capability gaps
- Frontline productivity benchmarks and regional performance patterns
- Present quarterly workforce insights to leadership
- Ensure optimal usage of PMS, LMS, and HRIS modules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM (HR) with 1015 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong exposure to Performance Management, L&D, and Workforce Analytics.
- Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Field-intensive environments preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with Sales and Operations leaders.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
