We are hiring a senior leader to drive buying strategy, merchandising planning, vendor management, and category performance across stores and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Own seasonal & annual buying plans aligned to brand DNA

Drive assortment planning, OTB, margins & inventory efficiency

Lead vendor negotiations on cost, MOQs & timelines

Monitor sell-through, stock ageing & GM%

Plan replenishments, markdowns & end-of-season sales

Lead & develop the buying and merchandising team

Requirements:

8+ years in buying & merchandising (home decor/lifestyle retail)

Strong retail math, analytical & negotiation skills

Proven team leadership experience
