Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale university campus infrastructure projects.
• Drive land due diligence, master planning, and concept development aligned to growth strategy.
• Oversee design management, value engineering, and capital budgeting for projects of varying scale.
• Manage selection and governance of PMCs, architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and regulatory compliance to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure adherence to statutory approvals, safety norms, and environmental standards.
• Oversee commissioning, handover, and lifecycle management of completed assets.
• Drive expansion initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and new campus developments.
• Lead refurbishment, modernisation, and space optimisation of existing campuses and corporate offices.
• Establish robust project monitoring, risk mitigation, and performance reporting frameworks.
