Head - BD & LA

• Lead the formulation and execution of the business development and land acquisition strategy for Adani's real estate projects in Mumbai
• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities, conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments
• Negotiate and finalize land acquisition deals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, landowners, government authorities, and industry partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project proposals, financial models, and investment strategies
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices
• Oversee the due diligence process, including legal, financial, and technical assessments for potential land acquisitions
• Manage a team of professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations
• Ensure adherence to sustainable and environmentally responsible land development practices
• Represent Adani in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Real Estate Management (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in the real estate industry
• Demonstrated track record of successful business development and land acquisition initiatives
• Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams
