Job Description
Flychem is scaling rapidly across India and international markets in high-performance cosmetic actives and specialty ingredients. We are building a global footprint and need a sales leader who thrives on opening untapped markets. This role is about winning new business, closing high-value contracts, and driving consistent revenue growth. You will shape distributor networks, expand export channels, and accelerate domestic penetration. If you are driven by targets, ownership, and market expansion this is your platform to build something big.
Your Mission
- Acquire new B2B clients in India & international markets
- Close high-value bulk and export contracts
- Build and scale distributor partnerships (domestic & global)
- Travel across India & internationally for client meetings, negotiations & trade shows
- Convert lead sample trial contract repeat business
- Drive consistent revenue growth across territories
Must Have
- 5+ years in B2B sales (Cosmetic / Pharma / Specialty Ingredients)
- Proven track record of closing bulk & export deals
- Strong network with Indian manufacturers and/or international buyers
- Excellent negotiation & deal-closing ability
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar platforms)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Docs
- Comfortable with frequent domestic & international travel
- Strong understanding of digital-assisted selling (LinkedIn, CRM systems, inbound funnels)
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (additional global language is a plus)
- Performance-driven, target-obsessed mindset
