App Growth & Revenue Manager Driver Verification Platform

About the Company

We have built aDriver Verification App , similar to how Truecaller works for callers but designed to verify, rate, and build trust around drivers.

Our platform helps corporates, logistics companies, and fleet operatorsreduce fraud, improve safety, and hire trusted drivers faster .

We are now looking for ahigh-ownership individual who can organize the apps go-to-market strategy, generate sales, and build sustainable revenue.

Role Objective

Todrive app adoption, generate revenue, and build a scalable sales and partnership ecosystem for the Driver Verification App.

This role is100% performance and revenue focused .

Key Responsibilities


1 App Growth & Market Execution
  • Design and execute the go-to-market strategy for the app
  • Identify target customer segments (corporates, logistics, fleet owners, taxi operators, etc.)
  • Structure pricing plans, sales models, and rollout strategy (city-wise / segment-wise)


2 Sales & Revenue Generation (Core Responsibility)
  • Acquirepaying customers for the app
  • Close B2B deals with:
  • Corporates
  • Logistics & fleet companies
  • Transport operators
  • Convert pilots and free users intopaid contracts
  • Build and manage a strong revenue pipeline


3 Corporate Tie-Ups & Partnerships
  • Establish partnerships with:
  • Fleet owners
  • Transport unions
  • Driver associations
  • Service centers, financiers, insurers (where relevant)
  • Position the app as amandatory or preferred verification tool


4 User Onboarding & Adoption
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of:
  • Corporates
  • Fleet owners
  • Drivers
  • Drive active usage and reduce drop-offs
  • Work closely with the tech/operations team to improve adoption


5 Revenue Strategy & Optimization
  • Implement and optimize:
  • Per-driver verification pricing
  • Subscription plans
  • Enterprise contracts
  • Track performance, user behavior, and revenue metrics
  • Continuously improve conversion and retention


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Revenue generated
  • Number of paying clients
  • Active B2B customers
  • App usage & retention
  • Monthly and quarterly growth


Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Have:
  • 37 years experience inB2B sales, partnerships, or revenue growth
  • Experience in logistics, fleet management, mobility, SaaS, or fintech preferred
  • Strong deal-closing and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a startup / early-stage environment
  • Hustler mindset with high ownership
Good to Have:
  • Existing corporate or fleet network
  • Experience selling anew or early-stage product
  • Ground-level execution experience (not just desk sales)
Compensation
  • Fixed Salary: 40,000 90,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Performance Incentives:
  • Revenue-linked commission (5%10%)
  • Bonuses on enterprise deals
  • ESOPs / Profit-sharing (for high-performing candidates)
