Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader ready to build and scale an Aftermarket business from the ground up. This is a strategic role to shape the future of After-Sales Operations for a fast-growing, 2000 Cr Automotive Tier 1 client of ours.


About the Role:


  • We are looking for a seasoned P&L Leader for the After Sales Business Vertical to establish, lead, and scale our end-to-end aftermarket business.
  • This role will be instrumental in building strategy, setting up operations, and driving digital transformation across service, spares, and customer engagement ecosystemswhile owning full P&L accountability and the complete value chain across sales, operations, warehousing, and logistics.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build the Aftermarket & After Sales business from scratch, including strategy, processes, and execution roadmap
  • Own complete P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustained profitability
  • Lead and scale Aftermarket Sales, including pricing strategies, channel expansion, and margin improvement
  • Develop and manage a strong network of Dealers, Distributors, and Workshops across regions
  • Drive end-to-end operations excellence, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and service quality
  • Establish and optimize warehousing and inventory management systems, including demand planning and stock optimization
  • Design and implement efficient logistics and distribution networks to ensure availability and faster turnaround
  • Drive profitability improvement initiatives across supply chain, operations, and channel performance
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including implementation of Digital platforms, Automation of service operations, and data-driven decision-making
  • Build robust spare parts supply chain and distribution systems
  • Design and implement customer experience and retention strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Product, IT, Finance) for seamless execution
  • Build and mentor a high-performing after-sales organization.


Candidate Profile:


  • 20+ years of experience in Automotive After Sales / Aftermarket functions
  • Proven track record of building or scaling aftermarket businesses with full P&L ownership
  • Strong experience in driving revenue growth and profitability improvement
  • Deep exposure to dealer/distributor ecosystem, workshop management, and channel development
  • Hands-on experience in sales, operations, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management
  • Experience in both Passenger Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle segments
  • Strong exposure to digital platforms and leading Automation initiatives
  • Demonstrated success in digitalization, process transformation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
