Were hiring a Head SEO & Digital Marketing to lead a 20-person growth marketin g team and deliver explosive B2B SaaS lead generation and massive organic traffic growth for Marriage.com and ProProfs.com across Google & the new frontier of AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity etc). You will own full-funnel customer acquisition and visibility across SEO, AEO, PPC , YouTube, retargeting, social, influencer, and content marketing.

This rare, high-impact role demands elite SEO & AEO expertise with proven expertise in ranking in Google and AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, etc.), YouTube rankingand the added ability to rapidly scale paid, social, influencer, email/ABM, and partnership channels. A dedicated in-house content team (writers, designers, video editors) handles all your content production so you can focus on marketing strategies & SEO.

You will own an end-to-end SEO strategy (technical, keyword, rankings) to double traffic on our publishing sites and convert that into leads on our SAAS sites. Drive all decisions with rigorous data constantly optimizing for traffic, lead volume, and ROI using GA4, GSC, SEMRush, and internal dashboards.

What You Will Do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team; own strategy, planning, goal-setting, budgeting, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.
• Drive explosive SaaS lead volume growth through elite mastery of SEO + AI Engine Optimization across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok and related growth areas
• Own multi-channel growth : Answer sites (Quora, Reddit, etc.), influencer marketing, YouTube/Video SEO, AEO, PPC, retargeting&social
• Rapidly test and scale high-ROI paid channels ( PPC, retargeting, YouTube ads, ABM, partner channelsetc.) to accelerate pipeline and revenue.
• Create technical SEO and content strategy at scale for large authority sites (e.g.,10,000+ pages), ensuring sites like Marriage.com dominate Google & AI Search.
• Partner closely with the content team to shape an SEO/AEO-first editorial calendar & content strategy.
• Protect and elevate brand reputation through review management& community engagement (forums, social, press).
• Deliver actionable weekly and monthly reports ontraffic, leads, pipeline, revenue impact, ROI and growth.

Competencies Required:

• 10+ years in digital marketing with proven B2B SaaS growth
• Elite SEO expertise for large sites & competitive verticals (10,000+ pages, e.g. Marriage.com-level)
• Deep AEO expertise proven ability to optimize for AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
• Expertise across multi-channel growth : PPC, YouTube/video optimization, retargeting, Influencer outreach, social, ABM, Answer sites & email marketing
• Strong analytical skills: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush; ability to build accurate growth/ROI models
• Exceptional written/verbal communication and executive presentation skills
