HyFun a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its IT Team . We are looking to fill the Head - SAP & Analytics position based in Ahmedabad .

Position/Profile Title: Head - SAP & Analytics

Location : Ahmedabad

Experience : 12-18 years

Reporting To : Chief Information Officer

Essential Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

Essential Area of Expertise:

• SAP Business One, SAP S/4 Hana and its Installation and upgrade
• SAP Applications standard business processes, configurations, Setups and
• Standards.
• Extensive Knowledge in API Design
• Power BI, SAP SAC
• System Integration (SAP S4HANA)
• Data Transformation and Modelling
• Data Visualization
• Master creations, Customization
• Technical Design
• Power BI Service
• Business Analysis

Desired Area of Expertise:

• Exposure to predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven insights.
• Experience integrating IoT, RPA, or automation tools within SAP and analytics platforms.

Critical or Special Exposure: Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing Sector or Frozen foods

Purpose of the position: The SAP & Analytics Head will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide digital transformation by leading SAP systems and advanced analytics initiatives. This role combines deep expertise in SAP platforms with strong analytical capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the SAP strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee implementation, upgrades, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and relevant modules (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, EWM).
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP with CRM, e-commerce, and other enterprise applications.
• Establish governance, compliance, and security frameworks for SAP usage.
• Develop and lead the enterprise analytics roadmap, leveraging BI tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau etc.).
• Build advanced analytics capabilities including predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI-driven insights.
• Drive data governance, master data management, and data quality initiatives.
• Partner with business units to translate data into actionable insights for sales, supply chain, finance, and marketing.
• Enable real-time reporting and dashboards for faster decision-making.
• Optimize processes across procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and customer engagement using SAP and analytics.
• Champion automation and digital innovation initiatives.
