Position Overview:
The Head Production & Influencer Marketing will lead GRAPES end-to-end content production and influencer ecosystem. This role combines creative leadership, operational excellence, talent management, and client strategy , ensuring high-quality content delivery, scalable influencer programs, and measurable brand impact.
The role will work closely with Creative, Strategy, Client Servicing, Media, and Business Development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Leadership
- Lead all aspects of content production across digital films, branded content, social media, influencer-led campaigns, and experiential shoots
- Own production planning, budgeting, timelines, vendor negotiations, and execution
- Build and manage a strong ecosystem of directors, production houses, photographers, studios, and post-production partners
- Ensure best-in-class output while maintaining cost efficiency and timelines
- Oversee quality control, compliance, and brand guidelines across all production deliverables
Influencer Marketing Leadership
- Build, scale, and lead GRAPES influencer marketing vertical
- Develop influencer strategies across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, emerging platforms)
- Own influencer discovery, onboarding, contracting, pricing, and long-term partnerships
- Drive creator-led IPs, always-on influencer programs, and large-scale influencer campaigns
- Stay ahead of influencer trends, platform updates, and creator economy innovations
Client & Business Leadership
- Act as a senior client partner for key accounts
- Lead influencer and production pitches, proposals, and POVs
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to create monetizable influencer and content offerings
- Drive measurable ROI, performance tracking, and reporting for influencer programs
Team & Process Management
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing production and influencer teams
- Define SOPs, workflows, and best practices for scalable delivery
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Deep expertise in content production & influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, social trends, and creator economy
- Proven experience managing large budgets and complex productions
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and client communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution
- Leadership mindset with experience building and scaling teams
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 78 years of experience in digital agencies, influencer marketing firms, or production houses
- Strong network of influencers, creators, and production partners
