HCM Principal Consultant / Architect - US Payroll

Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud – US Payroll module.

Conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.

Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll including elements, fast formulas, balances, pay runs, costing, retro-pay, and year-end processing.

Work closely with technical teams for integrations, data conversion, and reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI).

Support parallel payroll testing, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization.

Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues including gross-to-net discrepancies, tax calculations, and retro-pay corrections.

Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Collaborate with other HCM modules (Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits) to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Prepare functional design documents (FDs), configuration workbooks, and test scripts.

Provide end-user training and production support as required.

Stay current with Oracle quarterly updates, tax updates, and new HCM Payroll functionalities.
