Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your Role15+ years of overall IT experience.Minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud as a Technical Consultant.Completed at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud database structure.Extensive hands-on experience with: BI ReportsData MigrationIntegrationsWorkflowsTechnical knowledge of Oracle HCM and Payroll (Cloud & EBS).Desirable: Functional understanding of Cloud HCM from a technical perspective.Your ProfileAct as Subject Matter Expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects (MENA region).Design, develop, test, and support technical components including: BI Reports,Integration,Data Migrations,Workflows,Fast Formulas,HCM ExtractsConduct technical workshops and engage with stakeholders for requirements gathering.Perform unit testing and develop test plans for new or modified code.Create and maintain documentation: Requirements,Technical specifications,Training materialsSupport and enhance existing customer solutions.
