Description


Supervise daily account setup operations and team workload.

Ensure adherence to internal controls and data governance policies.

Handle escalations related to account creation delays or errors.

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring data issues.

Collaborate with IT for system enhancements or bug fixes.

Review and approve non-standard or high-risk account setups.

Maintain SOPs and ensure team compliance.

Lead onboarding sessions for new team members.

Define quality control measures for account setup accuracy.

Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with policies.

Analyze trends in account errors and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.

Develop training materials and conduct refresher sessions.

Track and report quality metrics to leadership.

Support system testing and UAT for new account setup features.

Act as a liaison between operations and compliance teams.


Skills Requirement


Team Management: Ability to assign tasks, monitor workloads, and support team performance.

Escalation Handling: Resolve complex or high-risk account setup issues.

Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring errors and implement corrective actions.

Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards.

SOP Maintenance: Update and enforce standard operating procedures.

Coaching Skills: Mentor junior staff and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
