We are hiring Associates/ Analyst for our Inbound Calling Process ( No Sales, No Upselling, No Cross-Selling ).

Role Details:

• Designation: Associate/ Analyst.
• Process: Inbound Calling
• Experience: 1-3 years in International Voice Process/ 3-5 yrs in International Voice Process.
• Education Eligibility: 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Ability to multitask and deliver results both individually & as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts
• Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
• Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approach
