Job Description
HCLTech is hiring for Account Set up @ Chennai
Experience: 2 year - 6 year
Shift: US Shift
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Create new accounts(Account set-up) and based on credit evaluation parameters.
- Evaluate and analyze customer credit reports and financial statements to determine credit worthiness.
- To review credit limits in accordance with company policies and risk management guidelines.
- Interact with Internal/Client stake holders and end customers to ensure to complete the account set-up.
Required Experience
- Working experience in Order to cash / Banking BPO operations roles for Account set-up/Credit Evaluation
- Customer Master data management/ Customer Onboarding / KYC/AML in Banking Operations
- Experience in Credit Evaluation/Account Opening/Financial Operations will be preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication skill who can interact with North American end customers through Calls/Emails.
