Job Description

HCLTech is hiring for Account Set up @ Chennai


Experience: 2 year - 6 year


Shift: US Shift


Location: Chennai


Key Responsibilities

  • Create new accounts(Account set-up) and based on credit evaluation parameters.
  • Evaluate and analyze customer credit reports and financial statements to determine credit worthiness.
  • To review credit limits in accordance with company policies and risk management guidelines.
  • Interact with Internal/Client stake holders and end customers to ensure to complete the account set-up.

Required Experience

  • Working experience in Order to cash / Banking BPO operations roles for Account set-up/Credit Evaluation
  • Customer Master data management/ Customer Onboarding / KYC/AML in Banking Operations
  • Experience in Credit Evaluation/Account Opening/Financial Operations will be preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication skill who can interact with North American end customers through Calls/Emails.
