DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Candidates should handle inbound and outbound voice calls.
• Effectively addressing customer inquiries and providing precise information relating to healthcare services and regulations.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to established processes and compliance standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Participate proactively in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, regulatory awareness, and communication abilities.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant teams and suggest actionable improvements to elevate service standards.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualification: Arts & Science 2024 & 2025, without backlogs can apply.
