Job Description

Qualification: BE / ME / B-Tech / M-Tech: Electrical / E&TC / Electronics / Mechanical / Automobile

Experience Range: 4 to 6 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sound knowledge in VCA Electrical harness design (electrical parameters selection, electric circuits, vehicle aggregates relations with electrical harness, creation of wire routing etc.) with CATIA
  • Good knowledge of electrical components & packaging 
  • Good hand on experience in CATIA for 3D model preparation with CATIA module like part design, assembly and drawings
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes (wiring harness, sheet metal etc.) 
  • Good knowledge in reading Schematics, Bundles with Capital Harness / Saber.
  • Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, presentation skills and team player
  • Fluent English communication
  • Knowledge of homologations standards related to Harness.
  • Knowledge of product development cycle.
  • Flexibility for international travel (e.g., 3 months)
  • Design / solution identification as per requirement and align within cross functional department, also interaction with development partners.
  • Minimum 60% in academics final years. No year gap in academics.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience on Electric vehicles harness.
  • Knowledge of working experience in PLM: windchill or OAS
  • VBA / CATIA macro / Programming
  • Basic knowledge of electrical components testing parameters, design validation plan preparation of wiring harness
