This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hardware Support Engineer, located in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work. The Hardware Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and hardware support, performing hardware troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and resolving them efficiently. The role requires collaboration with teams and individuals to ensure devices and hardware function seamlessly.

• Expertise in Hardware Support and strong knowledge of hardware systems
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for resolving hardware issues
• Possess strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve technical problems effectively
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bengaluru
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Previous experience in a hardware support or technical support role is preferred
