SB Infotech is looking for a skilled and passionate Hardware & Networking Faculty who can deliver hands-on, industry-oriented training and help students build strong careers in IT infrastructure.

Job Role & Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom & practical training on:

Computer Hardware & OS | Linux (RHEL) | Windows Server 2025 (MCSA) | CCNA | Windows 11 | AWS Cloud Fundamentals | Cyber Security | Ethical Hacking (Basics)

Deliver real-time lab sessions & practical scenarios

Train and mentor students for certifications & interviews

Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback

Maintain attendance, discipline, and training records

Coordinate with the academic team for smooth training delivery

Technical Skills Required:

PC hardware assembly & troubleshooting

OS installation & configuration (Windows & Linux)

Desktop & laptop components (SMPS, motherboard, HDD/SSD)

LAN/WAN setup, routers, switches, VLANs, subnetting

Strong hands-on lab and troubleshooting experience

Key Skills:

Strong technical & practical knowledge

Excellent communication & classroom management

Ability to train students from beginner to advanced levels

Passion for mentoring & student growth

Problem-solving mindset

Preferred Background:

• IT / Networking background
• Teaching or training experience preferred

Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: 15,000 30,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
