- 35 years of experience in hardware design and development
- Strong hands-on experience with Altium Designer
- Solid fundamentals in analog circuits and high-speed digital design
- Good understanding of PCB layout and ability to review layouts critically
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills (lab instruments, bring-up, failures)
- Experience in professional technical documentation
- Working knowledge of simulation tools (SI/PI/analog simulation)
