Hardware Design & PCB Engineer

Location: Bengaluru (On-site, Full-time)

We are looking for a passionate Hardware Design & PCB Engineer who thrives on turning ideas into robust, manufacturable designs. You will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing electronics hardware and PCB layouts.
• Creating schematic designs, footprints, and pin labels.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet both functional and manufacturing standards.
• Troubleshooting design issues and supporting testing and validation.
• Delivering high-quality, production-ready designs within project timelines.

This role combines creativity, precision, and problem-solvingideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with electronics while shaping products that impact real-world applications.

Were looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and attention to detail:

• PCB Design Tools: Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360 (mandatory) with atleast 1 year experience in usage of the tool.
• PCB Design Principles: Track routing, signal isolation, and layout planning.
• Electronics Knowledge: Strong foundation in microcontrollers, sensors, analog circuits, and RF design.
• Schematic & Circuit Design: Ability to design and validate circuits for embedded systems.
• Footprint Creation: Experience in defining accurate component footprints and pin labeling.
• Problem-Solving: Sharp analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize designs.
• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with engineers and manufacturing teams.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Prior work of minimum 1 year experience in PCB design and embedded systems is highly valued.
