Boch & Fernsh Inc. is looking to hire a dynamic human resources professional who can manage the talent pipeline and end to end employee life cycle.

Job Location: Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai.

You are our Happiness Officer.

People in the creative field are emotional and opinionated. The person should be equipped to navigate these challenges with calm and firmness in equal measure.

Responsibilities (Core responsibilities, but not limited to)

• Sourcing
• Interviewing
• Recruiting
• Induction & Onboarding
• Timely Feedback and Grievance handling
• Engagement initiatives & more

Qualifications

• Experience from service sector, ideally our creative business with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Required Skills

• Be visual by nature. Understand about the creative business. Most of the work is to comb and identify good talent that applies.
• Continuous process, best practices, habits inculcation and oversight.
• Above average English skills - both spoken and written. If this skill is missing, it's a no-go for us.
