Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Club Manager at H2I - Club. The Club Manager will oversee daily operations, manage club staff, handle customer service inquiries, and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance in the club. The manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain members, coordinating events and activities, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Club Manager will work closely with members to understand their needs and enhance their experience at the club.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in marketing strategy development and implementation
• Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to organize and coordinate events and activities
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Experience in the fitness or hospitality industry is a plus
