Job Description
JD Orientation: -
Role Summary :
Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Google Workspace Architecture driving collaboration, security, and seamless integrations at scale.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Design & Deployment : Design and implement large-scale Google Workspace environments (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat, Admin Console ).
- Identity & Access : Manage Directory Synchronization (AD / LDAP / Cloud Identity ) and 3rd-party SSO / Federation (Okta, Ping, Azure AD, OneLogin, Auth0 ) for end-to-end user Authentication.
- Migration & Modernization : Lead complex Office 365 or legacy migrations, multi-domain splits, and tenant consolidations .
- Governance & Best Practices: Establish operational standards, monitoring, and change-management frameworks.
Security & Compliance: -
- Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP ) policies and advanced content controls .
- Enforce Context-Aware Access and Zero-Trust security principles .
- Define and maintain compliance, eDiscovery, and retention policies (Google Vault, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC ).
