Job Description
Technical Skills
- 6+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and development
- Gosu, PCF, Product Model, Rules, and Workflows
- Guidewire integration framework
- Experience with PolicyCenter versions 9/10+ and Guidewire Cloud (preferred)
- Solid understanding of P&C insurance domain (policy lifecycle, underwriting, rating)
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Proven experience leading technical teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive decisions and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
