Guidewire PC/CC/BC Developer

Position: Guidewire Developer

Modules: PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter

Experience: 310 Years

Location: Gr. Noida / Hyderabad/Pune (Hybrid )

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications on Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter using Gosu, GOSU classes, and PCFs.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs, messaging, plugins, and batch processes.
• Customize workflows, rules, UI screens, product models, and business logic as per requirements.
• Work closely with BA, QA, and architects to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning for implemented features.
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot issues across environments.
• Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PC/CC/BC (any one or multiple).
• Proficiency in Gosu programming, Guidewire configuration, and integration development.
• Experience with Guidewire Studio, Product Designer, Data Model, Rating Worksheets (for PC).
• Knowledge of Guidewire Messaging, Web Services, and Batch Processes.
• Familiarity with Java, XML, GIT/SVN, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with SQL and database concepts.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Guidewire Certifications (PC/CC/BC Configuration/Integration).
• Experience in P&C Insurance domain.
• Strong problemsolving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud or latest GW versions (10+).
• Knowledge of microservices and modern integration patterns.
• Understanding of DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
