3+ years IT experience and 2+ years of GW experience should be able to lead a small team/POD good communication skills preference to have GW certifications and should have hands on experience in GW experience in other centres as well can be added advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Guidewire r solutions to meet business requirements.
 - Oversee the customization and configuration of Guidewire applications to ensure optimal performance.
 - Provide technical expertise in Guidewire Insurance Suite focusing on .
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.
 - Ensure the integration of Guidewire solutions with existing systems and third-party applications.
 - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Guidewire applications to maintain high-quality standards.
 - Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
 - Offer support and troubleshooting for Guidewire-related issues ensuring timely resolution.
 - Stay updated with the latest Guidewire technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
 - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
 - Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge on best practices and industry standards.
 - Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap aligning with company goals.
 - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
 
Qualifications
- Possess a strong technical background with 4 to 8 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter and Insurance Guidewire.
 - Demonstrate expertise in customizing and configuring Guidewire applications.
 - Have a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
 - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 - Show proficiency in system integration and third-party application integration.
 - Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
 - Be proactive in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
 - Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
 - Ability to mentor and guide junior team members effectively.
 - Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
 - Proven ability to work in a hybrid work model.
 - Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and meeting project deadlines.
