Guidewire - ClaimCenter Integration Developer

Job Role:Guidewire Integration Developer (Senior software engineer)

Location: Bangalore, Pune

Experience:7 to 10 Years

Sub Skills: Experience in Guidewire Integration.

Experience preferred: Guidewire implementations, and upgrades in the Insurance products.

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of extensive experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter integration application development/Application maintenance.
• Contribute to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation project.
• Proficient in maintaining and supporting applications, enhancements, conducting testing, integration, and managing deployments.
• Guidewire certification is must.
• Regular Code reviews and provide guidance to the team on best practices.
• GOSU, Guidewire Event and Rules Framework and object-oriented programming.
• Guidewire Integrations within xcenter and external applications and good experience on Apache camel, Edge API. JSON and XML.
• Web service(REST/SOAP) hosting and consuming, using Guidewire studio toolkits.
• Deep experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter and working knowledge on Guidewire BillingCenter, PolicyCenter and ContactManager;
• In-depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies, and Guidewire best practices.
• Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from Insurance domain background
• Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team
• Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Provide guidance to more junior team members and conduct code reviews as needed
• Ability to lead a team, providing solution to the complex requirements.
• Experienced with Agile methodology and tooling (JIRA, Rally, etc.).
• Training and mentoring of project resources.
• Regular status reporting to the Manager
• Experience in writing Gunits.
