Key Responsibilities:

Monitor guest reviews and feedback; take proactive steps to improve satisfaction

Handle special guest requests such as room upgrades, amenities & transportation

Supervise, orient & coach staff on guest relations practices and service standards

Stay updated with hospitality trends & best practices

Check guests in & out, manage reservations & handle payments

Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelors in Hotel Management
