Guest Service Manager - Full Time

Cleveland Winery is seeking a Guest Service Manager to join
our Front Office Team.

About The Role:

• Responsible for delivering the ultimate guest experience.
• Be responsible for the daily operations of the Front Desk including and
  not limited to guest checking in/out, billing and special requests.
• Focus on administration of reservation, guest inquiries and daily tasks.
  Be responsible for the safety and initiate emergency response when
  required.
• Provide training and lead new team members.
• Training and support provided by the Hotel's Manager.

About You:

• Passionate in all areas of guest satisfaction and provide highest level of
  customer service in a hosted environment.
• Planning and organisational skills
• Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights,
  weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Initiative and be a team player
• Exceptional personal presentation
