About the Role:

We are looking for a Guest Service Associate for grocery store operations in Bangalore, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering world-class customer experiences.

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming, personalized experience from arrival to departure
• Assist guests with inquiries related to menu, retail products, store layout, and brand philosophy
• Handle billing, orders, and product exchanges efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for complete satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas, including caf tables and retail counters
• Upsell products and experiences mindfully, keeping customer needs and preferences in mind
• Capture feedback and relay insights to the management team for continuous improvement
