Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Mumbai. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their visit. Daily responsibilities include managing reception duties, coordinating guest services, promoting sales opportunities, and resolving any concerns to provide an exceptional guest experience.


Qualifications

  • Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and welcoming experience
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
  • Understanding of Sales fundamentals and the ability to identify and promote sales opportunities
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and administrative support
  • Professional demeanor, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is a plus
