Job Opening: Guest Relation Executive (OPD & IPD Services)


About the Role:

As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. You will support both outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) services by:


Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (Nelson Manickam Road, Aminjikarai)

Role: Guest Relation Executive Outpatient (OPD) & Inpatient (IPD) Services

Department: Patient Services / Front Office / Guest Relations


  • Greeting and assisting patients & visitors
  • Providing information on hospital services, departments, facilities, and enquiries
  • Coordinating registration, admission, discharge, and follow-up procedures
  • Handling patient communication professionally in person, by phone, and via digital platforms
  • Maintaining records, logs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction


Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Degree / Graduation or Diploma from a recognized institution
  • Languages: Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi(additional languages are an advantage)
  • Experience: Freshers welcome; up to 7 years experience in hospital/healthcare, customer service, or guest relations


Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to handle patient enquiries with empathy
  • Good telephone etiquette and basic computer skills
