Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relation Officer located in Chennai. The Guest Relation Officer will manage reception duties, assist and interact with patients or visitors, address queries, and ensure a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction, maintaining communication to provide accurate information, and helping to resolve concerns promptly. Cultivating a welcoming and professional environment in the hospital will be a key focus.

Key Skills

Proficiency in Guest Relations and ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction

Strong skills in Customer Service and effective Communication

Excellent interpersonal abilities and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in a similar role or in the healthcare sector is advantageous

Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage

Collect details of potential IP patients

Follow up awaiting IP admissions

Prepare total converted IP weekly/monthly MIS meetings
