Job description for Guest Relations Executive

 

The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, managing guest feedback, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The successful candidate will be expected to develop relationships with guests and be proactive in resolving any issues that arise during their stay.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, and ensure that their needs are met throughout their stay.

·        Manage guest feedback, responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

·        Develop positive relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and providing personalized service.

·        Coordinate with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that guests' requests are fulfilled.

·        Monitor guest satisfaction levels, implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction ratings.

·        Promote casino facilities and services

·        Manage guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

·        Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and preferences.

·        Attend training and development sessions as required, to develop skills and knowledge required for the role.

·        Perform other duties as assigned by the Gaming or VIP services departments

 

Qualifications:

·        Min HSSC pass, diploma or equivalent ; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.

·        Experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·        Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

·        Good attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.

·        Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating effectively with other departments.

·        Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office

·        Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

·        Must be fluent in English, and any additional language is an advantage.

·        Must be able to stand for extended periods

 

The Guest Relations Executive may be required to perform other duties as necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
