Role Description

This is a contract-based on-site role in Kota for the position of Guest Faculty and Teaching Associate. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, assisting in lab sessions, guiding students on academic and research projects, preparing course material, and evaluating assignments and exams. The role also involves participation in departmental activities and contributing to the academic and research environment of the Institute.
Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Teaching and Education to deliver academic courses effectively and support student learning.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and collaborate with faculty members.
Proven Research and Analytical Skills to contribute to academic research and problem-solving.
A postgraduate degree or higher in a relevant field is required for Teaching Associates and Ph.D. is required for the position of Guest Faculty.
Experience in a similar teaching or research role and familiarity with contemporary educational methodologies are advantageous.
