How we got here:

Nitin and Manit both entrepreneurs grew up loving North Indian comfort food.

Missing the Delhi wale Chole Bhature, Haridwar wali Aloo Poori, and desi ghee parathas from home, they started Khao Aur Khane Do in Chandigarh. After perfecting the recipe, they realised the secret to good food lies not just in the ingredients, but in the honour , respect , and care invested in its making.

That same philosophy guides how we treat our guests and our team.

What You'll Do:

Guest Experience & Service

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression
• Help guests navigate the menu and make thoughtful recommendations
• Take accurate orders on POS and communicate special requests clearly
• Stay attentive during rush hours to ensure smooth service and minimal wait times

Dine-in & Floor Coordination

• Manage seating, table turnover, and dining area readiness
• Coordinate with the kitchen to track orders and ensure timely service
• Communicate wait times clearly and manage guest expectations

Service Recovery & Feedback

• Handle minor guest concerns with empathy and confidence
• Escalate critical issues calmly when required
• Capture guest feedback and observations for continuous improvement

FOH Standards & Ambience

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels in guest-facing areas
• Ensure music, lighting, and overall ambience align with the brand experience

Teamwork & Culture

• Act as a bridge between guests and the kitchen team
• Support teammates during peak hours and shift changes
• Lead by example in warmth, professionalism and attention to detail

Skills:

• Strong communication and people skills
• A natural sense of hospitality and responsibility
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in fast-paced environments
• Prior FOH or guest-facing experience preferred
