Job Description
1. To handle and manage various cottage day to day operations smoothly and
efficiently. Should be able to bridge the gap between the housekeeping team and the
front office.
2. Work closely with the management team to continually improve the guest
experience and deliver a superior level of service.
3. Ensure that all guest interactions are handled smoothly and empathically. Ability to
understand guest requirements and grievances correctly and resolve them.
4. Should be able to handle difficult situations with guests with composure and
calmly, ensuring that the situation does not escalate further and issues are resolved.
5. Be aware of and sensitive to the diverse cultural backgrounds of guests, providing
appropriate services, support and effectively aligning them with Isha Yoga Center's
stay guidelines.
6. Provide regular reports to management regarding guest satisfaction and service
quality.
