Were hiring: GTM Program Manager (Gaming / Consumer Apps)
GrowthGrid is leading a high-velocity GTM rollout for a gaming company, and were looking for one sharp operator to own outcomes across paid, social, creators, and ASO.
This is not a brand or content role.
This is about shipping results, fast.
- Own a single GTM north-star metric (installs, CPI, retention, revenue)
- Align multiple agencies to one growth narrative
- Run weekly growth sprints and performance reviews
- Decide what to scale, kill, or pivot every week
- Track performance daily and turn data into clear decisions
- Share a 1-page weekly update (wins, losses, decisions, next bets)
- Create ads or creatives
- Write social captions
- Run ad accounts yourself
- Build long-term brand decks
You orchestrate. You decide. You own outcomes.
- 25 years of experience in growth/performance / GTM
- Comfortable working with multiple channels & agencies
- Strong with numbers and trade-offs
- Can move fast and say, This isnt working-kill it
Bonus: Gaming, consumer apps, D2C, or creator-led growth experience.
