Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the disbursal business as a Partnership Manager. This role will also focus on driving GTM for key government and partnership projects (Corporate BC) ensuring the successful execution of customer use cases, and working with cross-functional teams to foster business growth. The candidate should have strong experience in stakeholder management, business analysis, and team leadership, with a clear understanding of bank products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive GTM for Disbursals /Corporate BC Business:
o Develop and implement the Go-To-Market strategy for the Bank’s disbursal from key MFIs and Dairy partners
o Develop and implement the Go-To-Market strategy for the Bank’s Corporate BC business.
o Collaborate with CFT to align GTM strategies and ensure seamless execution.
2. Drive GTM for Key Government Projects:
o Lead GTM initiatives for key government projects (like SRLM-BC Sakhis) in collaboration with various stakeholders.
o Understand and anticipate the requirements of government projects, ensuring that the Bank’s solutions meet project specifications and deadlines.
3. Use Case Management & Customer Service Integration:
o Lead efforts in closing the loop on customer use cases by providing troubleshooting support and identifying areas for improvement.
o Continuously analyze customer feedback and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure solutions meet expectations.
4. Metric-wise dash boarding and Analysis:
o Design and maintain detailed metric-wise dashboards to track performance and business growth.
o Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement in GTM strategies.
o Use insights from dashboard analysis to make informed decisions that optimize GTM design and execution.
5. End-to-End Understanding of Bank Use Cases:
o Gain a comprehensive understanding of the different use cases across the bank, including products and services offered to customers.
o Collaborate with product teams to stay updated on the latest offerings and ensure GTM strategies are aligned with product features and benefits.
o Use this knowledge to improve the bank’s business proposition and refine customer interactions.
6. Stakeholder Management for Various Projects:
o Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on key projects.
o Work cross-functionally with product, technology, legal, and compliance teams to ensure successful project execution.
o Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and effective completion of all tasks.
7. Promoter program management
o Lead and motivate a team of promoters and team leaders, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals with the help of circle Partnership GTMs.
o Managing end to end lifecycle of promoter, attendance and payroll management.
o Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and excellence.
o Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration to Drive Business Growth:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, alliance, marketing, operations, technology, and legal, to ensure the smooth execution of GTM strategies and business initiatives.
o Facilitate regular communication and alignment between teams to address challenges and maximize opportunities for growth.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in business development, Go-To-Market strategy, and stakeholder management.
· Strong understanding of banking products, government projects, and business correspondence (BC) services.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
· Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with dash boarding tools is a plus.
