About Shoplabs AI:

We help Shopify brands increase conversions using Voice AI. Our flagship workflow: cart-abandonment recovery via AI calls, plus newer shopping-assistant and customer support workflows.

What youll do:

Goal: Maximise top-of-funnel: brand awareness leads demo bookings qualified pipeline.

1) Social + content (LinkedIn-first)

• Ship 35 posts/week (founder-style, product-led, customer insight-led)
• Turn product wins, customer conversations, and learnings into high-signal content
• Track performance and improve weekly

2) Outbound sales (LinkedIn + email)

• Build lead lists (D2C brands + partners)
• Run daily outbound: connect, message, email, follow-ups
• Maintain pipeline tracker (Sheets/Notion/CRM) and report weekly metrics

3) GTM strategy + experiments

• Support ICP/segmentation, messaging, and channel strategy
• Run 12 GTM experiments/week to improve reply rates and demo bookings
• Document what works into a repeatable playbook

4) Automation-first execution (must-have)

Youre expected to quickly learn and use tools to automate GTM + content workflows, including:

• Apollo (prospecting + sequencing)
• Brevo (email campaigns)
• n8n (workflow automation)
• Claude / Claude Code (content generation + GTM ops support)

and any other tools needed to move faster with less manual work.

What success looks like (in 90 days):

• Consistent content engine running weekly
• Predictable outbound cadence + improving reply/demo rates
• Clean lead/pipeline tracker + documented outreach playbook
• Multiple automation workflows shipped (prospecting, sequencing, content, reporting)

Who you are

• Graduated in 2025 or graduating in 2026
• Strong writing + clear thinking (crisp, not corporate)
• Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and numbers
• High agency: you ship fast, learn tools fast, and dont need hand-holding
• Bengaluru-based (or can relocate) and can work full-time in office

Bonus: D2C/Shopify familiarity, prior outbound/content experience, basic automation/ops mindset.

Stipend: 25K per month
