Job Description
Job Title : GTM Engineer Outbound (Email & LinkedIn)
Experience Level : 4+ years.
Location : Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
Shift Time: US Shift (10-hour shift including a 1-hour break)
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and manage outbound B2B campaigns via LinkedIn and email marketing using tools like Instantly, Apollo, or HubSpot.
- Build multi-step engagement workflows from connection requests to nurture follow-ups.
- Develop and test campaign messaging, subject lines, and sequencing for maximum engagement.
- Segment audiences by industry, role, and buyer intent for personalized outreach.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Drive consistent lead generation and pipeline creation through outbound channels.
- Define qualification criteria with sales teams to ensure lead quality.
- Track and optimize conversion rates across each stage of the funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead handover, follow-ups, and performance feedback.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Measure and report on KPIs lead volume, response rate, conversion rate, cost per lead, and overall ROI.
- Run A/B tests on messaging, targeting, and timing to continuously improve performance.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Cross-Channel Collaboration
- Coordinate with the SEO and paid media team to align messaging and targeting.
- Share campaign insights to support content strategy, retargeting, and remarketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing or lead generation, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and email campaigns. (US-based outreach experience)
- Proven track record of generating leads and appointments from outbound activities.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of campaign analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for professional B2B messaging.
- Ability to work with data, analyse performance, and optimize campaigns independently.

- Number of qualified leads generated per month.
- Response and engagement rate on outbound campaigns.
- Lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
- Cost per lead and campaign ROI.
- Campaign consistency and optimization improvements.
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid ads (Meta/Google) and SEO coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations (HubSpot).
- Understanding of CAN-SPAM and LinkedIn outreach best practices.
