Job Description
As a GTM Engineer at Moative, you would engineer and execute our revenue machine. Your mission is to bridge the gap between technical systems and commercial outcomes, ensuring that our sales and marketing experiments are iterated rapidly until desired outcomes are achieved.
In short, you are an engineer-marketer who converts code to leads.
What You Will Do
1. Human in the loop: Be the owner for all marketing execution activities (Campaign design, execution, response tracking, meeting set ups, etc.) with a relentless focus on automation
2. Experimentation & Iteration: Rapidly test new GTM workflows and outbound messaging, using a data-driven approach to optimize conversion rates.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and the AI Solutions team to continuously build our knowledge base and discover new campaign ideas
4. Signal-Based Automation: Build "triggers" using tools like Clay, Instantly, or custom scripts to detect high-intent buyer signals and automate hyper-personalized outreach.
5. Tool Orchestration: Fine-tune and expand on our core tech stack (Claude Code, Slack, Custom CRM, Custom Campaign tools, Instantly, and AI LLMs) to ensure workflows run without manual effort
Who You Are
1. Technical Generalist: You are comfortable writing SQL to query data and using Python or JavaScript to connect APIs.
2. Automation Expert: You have deep experience with the modern GTM stackspecifically Clay, Zapier, Instantly, Claude Cowork, etc.
3. Business Savvy: You understand funnel metrics (Campaign Performance, Pipeline Velocity, etc.) and know how your technical work impacts funnel metrics.
4. First-Principles Thinker: You "Question Everything" and don't settle for "how it's always been done" traditionally
5. Weekly Sprinter: You thrive in an environment where we ship outcomes every week rather than following long, static project plans.
Requirements
1. 0-1 years of experience in GTM Operations, Growth Engineering
2. Hands-on experience building complex workflows in Clay (highly preferred).
3. Ability to work backwards from outcomes
4. Willingness to do the grunt work and learn the art of conversion
5. Love for persuasive written communication

- High revenue per person.We work backwards from this metric. Our default is to automate instead of hiring. We multi-skill our people to own more outcomes than hiring someone who has less to do. We dont like squatting and hoarding that comes in the form of hiring for growth. High revenue per person comes from high quality work from everyone. We demand it.

The position is based out of Chennai. Our work currently involves significant in-person collaboration and we expect you to work out of our offices in Chennai.
