GTE Officer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented GTE Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring student visa applications comply with Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirements and meet the standards set by Australia.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review student applications for GTE compliance as per DHA guidelines.
• Assess academic background, financial capacity, immigration history, and intent to return to home country.
• Verify authenticity of academic, financial, and identification documents.
• Review and guide students on Statement of Purpose (SOP) and Genuine Student questionnaires.
• Monitor and implement changes in ESOS Act and DHA policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and universities for smooth application processing.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor (or above) qualification
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in student visa processing and GTE assessments, preferably for Australia.
• In-depth knowledge of GTE criteria, visa subclasses, and immigration processes.
• Good English communication skills are a must, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle high volumes while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in using online portals such as ImmiAccount, Studylink etc.
