Location & Work Model
- Noida, Pune, Chennai Onsite
- Bangalore, Hyderabad Remote initially, later Onsite
Role Focus Account Manager (GSI)
Manage and grow strategic GSI accounts
Drive POC-to-POC engagement and account penetration
Own delivery metrics, placements, pipeline, and revenue
Collaborate with recruiting & delivery teams across geographies
Lead renewals, negotiations, and long-term partnerships
Key Metrics Expertise (Must-Have):
Reqs vs Fulfillment | SubmissionInterview | InterviewOffer | OfferJoin | TAT | Pipeline Health | Revenue & Margins
Role Focus IT Technical Recruiter (GSI)
End-to-end IT recruitment for GSI/MSP/VMS programs
High-volume, niche, and enterprise hiring
Strong ownership of submissions, interviews, and closures
Close alignment with Account Managers for delivery success
Experience supporting US staffing & global delivery models preferred
