This is an on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Growth-Business Development professional. The individual will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include generating leads, nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and creating customized business strategies to meet client needs. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams and reporting progress to senior management are key components of this role.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify market trends, analyze data, and create strategic plans.
• Proficient in CRM tools, market research, and business analytics.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with educational technology and administrative solutions is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
